- Pappardelle with mushrooms and artichokes

make a base with a small onion cut thin, put the well clean artichokes and cut to slices and the ham cut to dice; salty and peppery; remove from the fire when the artichokes will be soft. sprinkle with some white flour, mixing with care and versed in an only hit the whipped cream always mixing. It hardly reaches excitement extinguish the fire. boil abundant salted water and bring the pappardelle to half cooking, drain her and seasoned with the prepared juice. pass in warm oven and leave for 10/15 minutes to moderate heat.
